Sorry to hear about your home life issues, and I hope things will begin to improve. Perhaps you should take whatever time you need before returning to online marketing while dealing with things at home.
@andy my apologies for my vague initial post. I was blogging about digital marketing and figuring out which products/services would be best promoted through my content. I also promote Wealthy Affiliate.
After reading more than a few posts by Partha, it has become clear that Wealthy Affiliate might be a great platform but it's a select few that find success promoting it.
This has me rethinking my niche and the products/services that I should promote.
I have a growing following on Quora and a space on Facebook. I also find that I get good responses from my posts on Medium.
I don't even know if the above information will help which shows the depth of my confusion.
@stephen It makes sense (if I understand what you mean, haha).
Here is what I would do:
1) Redefine your ICP (Ideal Customer Persona) - basically, see if you can niche down even further than just "Digital Marketing" - are you only helping beginners? Older males? Women with kids?
Someone who I follow/am in their community has us try to fill in the following:
Iām targeting [role/location/segment] who have [specific differentiators] and want/need [solution]. He breaks it down further here - https://growthmodels.co/find-profitable-icp/
2) Check Where The Majority Of Your Traffic Is Coming From - Search on GA4 (I can show you how if you want) on where exactly the most of your traffic source is coming from. It sounds like you are in/on several different places. I would try to find the one that is actually bringing you traffic to your site, and focus all of your energy on there (that is assume you are getting traffic to your site - I know a lot of people got shwacked traffic-wise over the last couple of years). If you are having success with the big G (google), then stick with it. But if you aren't getting any traffic, then I personally would focus on other channels that are doing better.
3) Do A Little Each Day - I''m not good at daily habits, so I usually do weekly habits, but give yourself a certain amount you think you can do daily/weekly, and then stick with it. If you have an extra hour each day (or 7 hours per week), then focus on growing your site and social traffic however you can during that time.
I'd be happy to take a look at your site and shoot a video if you wanted, if I have time this week to see what I would improve. Though if I did that, providing any stats would be helpful (popular pages, where your traffic is coming from, etc).
You asked what more you could do on this forum, and here's something that others might find intetesting:
'I can show you how if you want) on where exactly the most of your traffic source is coming from...'
This would be very helpful to me.
Also, I'm not one for the daily habit either, and weekly time works best for me, although weakly, at times....grin.
I signed up to use Bing webmaster tools, and the latest email was promising, yet for all of the impressions, (14k), and 4 clicks on my affiliate link, I'm not getting any traffic.
I would love to have the opportunity for you to take a look at my site as well.
@rudy Sure! What's your site URL you want me to look at, and how much traffic did you get to your site (since you said you got 4 affiliate clicks)?
if you want, you can also give me view-only GA4 access (just use the email southtechcreations@gmail.com), and I can show you within your account. (Make sure you are in the right account -> click the Admin button [ bottom left] -> click the Property Access Managment and then click the big blue + sign if you want to add me to your account).
To clarify, the bing email showed that a page had four clicks, it also happens to be a post with affiliate links, I don't know if the links were clicked.

I will add you later today, am on phone and will be at computer later.
@rudy Awesome! I just shot a video of some of my thoughts. A little long, but feel free to ask any question you may have.
I also create another video on how to find where your traffic is coming from and how to target those specific platforms (a few at least), which I'd recommend watching here.
@stephen Sounds good - I just shot a video (posted below). My brain was a little fried from work, so take what you can from it, haha.
I also created another video/thread post where I talk about how to look at your traffic stats, and based off of it, find what platforms you are ranking for and then how to target different platforms. You can read/watch it here.
