Hello all my name is Shannon, I have been a hairstylist for 19 years so as you can imagine I do not have the luxury of working from home and have never had to use a lot of technology for my career. I have a huge passion for wanting to learn how to get into digital and affiliate marketing.. Pinterest.. all of it that I see that’s bringing people success online but I have NO IDEA how to get started… I watched a program intro for the wealth creator but then saw a commenter saying that program isn’t worth the money. I would love your advice on where I should begin! Is there a video course somewhere on here? I definitely need my hand held since I haven’t done anything like this before and I just got a laptop for the first time in my adult life lol

You’ve come to the right place - I’m Andrew, one of the admins here (and probably the commenter who said that the Wealth Creator isn’t worth your money) - I deal pretty much exclusively in sending Pinterest traffic to websites (you can check out one of my website that I’m working on: https://pinfluencing.com), so if you’re looking for advice specifically around that, we can definitely help you out.

There is a lot to learn and do, but in a nutshell, I would find something that you know and love (like hairstyling), and then create a blog around that. Pinterest has a HUGE following with hair and hairstyles, so I would prioritize creating blog posts for Pinterest users (and I can coach you through that - it’s pretty easy). Then once you have traffic growing, you build an email list, and create a few courses or other digital or physical products to sell, and you’re heading in the right place.
I’d really recommend though just starting with the affiliate marketing starter kit above, and then follow up here with any questions you have afterwards.
