ProDentim is a highly competitive Clickbank product and the SERP is very difficult to break into. These mass parasite operations are coining it !! 
Check the screenshot below. Granted, I cropped out a YouTube page at the very top of the organic block (another parasite), but otherwise this is all static html hosted on S3.
Classic authority piggyback here - unless there’s significant link building going on to dominate this SERP (which is highly likely).
If you look really close you’ll see they’re fooling Google into thinking these are video pages. Very clever!
Look at this and tell me Google can detect spam … lol
