So, just out of interest, I thought I would list all the platforms/services that I currently pay for, that I feel are necessary for my various income streams.
Medium, v45.org (an Etsy tool), Midjourney (the only program I now use for AI images), Creative Fabrica (millions of graphics, fonts, and craft-related resources), CapCut (pro video editor), Canva, ChatGPT, WPX (website hosting).
How about you, what do you pay for?
If I had to guess, I would have added some sort of proofreading tool into your list too (like Grammarly or something). Here is most of the things we use on (usually) a daily basis:

Flodesk (three separate accounts for three separate emails lists/sites)
Loom (For creating videos/reviews)

Notion (To help track/keep records of our business)
I actually thought I had more things, but I guess that's what we're currently paying for.
I pay for a bunch of stuff with all my different businesses, lol.

@andy I paid for Grammarly Premium for years, but its suggestions became repetitive, unnecessary, and, on many occasions, completely incorrect!
@expatgen Oh, AuthorScale looks interesting, I have a lot of books on Amazon!
@diane It is incredible. It's also very new, so they're adding features almost daily. If your books are fiction, I highly recommend it (it doesn't do well with non-fiction just yet). My Tiktok views went up and my sales jumped considerably after starting to use it.

@diane It is more than wrong, it try to take control and complete change the text. I have used it for years but now it is started to be more problem than help.
Any grammar software you recommend?
@noteboom The free version of Grammarly will pick up any basic errors.
But also, if you remember my post from a couple of weeks ago, I mentioned the new feature in ChatGPT.
This includes a "Final Polish" which corrects grammar mistakes.

@diane I have used the payed version of Grammar for many years, but never the free one. They say 350 weeks in a row.

I was so lucky to be given an early birthday gift to see my favorite Arsenal this weekend for the first time, a 45 years old dream.
I decided for the first time since 199 something to be on 100% holiday in the 6 days. When I came home, 700 emails were waiting…
But as soon as I opened your link, I remembered it.
It was very interesting, but the problem was that even though I followed your teaspoon guide using teaspoons, it never worked! My fail clearly but I don´t know where I got it wrong, if I remember correctly it was already in the start where I could not fins something, maybe Canvas (I will try again later this evening).
I have a pay account for ChatCBT and too the AIPRM even, so I am not sure if I need to have the second one, I will check it out.

What is funny is that, according to Grammarly, there are plenty of errors when I read texts from people fluent in English(this language is native to them).
@diane I understand where you are coming from, Diane! I use Dragon NaturallySpeaking to write, so it’s handy to have Grammarly pick up those easily missed mistakes. However, over the last 18 months, Grammarly is continually making mistakes and giving over-the-top suggestions. I’m glad I’m not the only one who thought that Grammarly had deteriorated.
I also had to change a lot of Grammarly settings, as I don’t go with their narrative!
