Hey all,

Just thought I'd finally ask what each of you would like to see more here on Digital Matrix Cafe - would you like more tips being share, personal successes, reviews on different products, etc?

I'd like to start investing more time into this place, Lord-willing - in terms of actually posting stuff and/or shooting videos on things people may want explained. Just try to share whatever is working with you guys here. So if there is anything you all want to see more of, just drop it below.

I'm also curious to see what others are working on and want to share, so we can get more discussion going on here and revive this place.

These days, I'm personally a bit lazy, and always looking for ways to get things done quicker, like the blogtopin software.

What I would like to know more about, for future or near future plans, all right, here we go, could be a long text lol.

As you might know, Diane is keeping an Etsy store for me with digital printables. Now, I could do some ads for it, that I know, and should create more publicity for it overall, to get my sales up. ( I already have more views from outside of Etsy then what Etsy's algoritms do, it's horrible, but anyway )

My question is not about Etsy, but I think I've seen a website of yours with eccomerce selling digital files.

If Etsy doesn't work out (or I get banned, because apparently Etsy likes to ban people without reason, it's just their bot doing it, ugh, and I'm tired of bans hahaha ), then I would implement my own store on my website, because why not?

Is it difficult to have your own store setup like that on your site, do you know of any good courses, or is it expensive to have it done? It would need to be adjusted to worldwide currency, in Euro also.


There's that, and I would still like to get back to Facebook. But you know what happened to me, so I want to be very careful this time. Look at what they did to my old fb group, they changed it into some discount garbage group : https://www.facebook.com/groups/dealsfindes , changing the name of the group twice now.

So I did make a new personal account, connected to my Instagram accounts, and 2 new pages, one for the minis and one for Africa travel. But for now, I just want to focus on the Africa page. So I'll have to start all over again. I did buy a Facebook course, but maybe you have some good advise in doing this in another way.

I noticed on blackhatworld, that people do buy older fb pages that already have some traffic, but how can I trust any of these, knowing what happened to me, and they were just taken over by hackers and scammers? I do not want to support those practices, of course.

About protecting those FB accounts (because I don't want to get banned or hacked again), I first used 2step verification, and now I am even using an app that sends a code first.

Right now, I'm working on a few things...

Updating my websites after moving them to WPX. Thanks for sharing your experiences with WPX.

That was a great move, by the way, WPX support is right on it, any time I needed some help. WPX has a small learning curve, lol...had to work out the kinks...new location, website setup, etc. It's all good now.

I upgraded my computer to windows 11, so far I like it...there is an option to work on more than one screen, which eliminates the need to make space for a second monitor...hahaha.

Needless to say, I'm learning to prioritize, albeit slowly, and am finally seeing some traffic.

To answer your question, Andy, I'm struggling with how to utilize the information I get from SemRush. I'm using the free version, and I get daily keyword updates.

Maybe a tutorial on how to use Semrush/Ahrefs, RankMath, etc.

Affiliate marketplaces...maybe some guidance on how to properly acquire an account.

Not all are alike, and I'm frustrated with being accepted at one point, then months (key word, I'm sure) later I try to log in and I'm denied.

I've had this issue with Impact, FlexOffers, Awin, CJ, (the list goes on...)

So, any links I might have had are now invalid, which is a pain...going through an updating, etc.

Other than that, congrats to Diane for your success with Etsy.You make it sound so easy...grin.

Oh, and if any of you are dealing with the fires in CA, I hope you and yours are safe and sound. That you have a place to go, if your home was destroyed.

I have family down there. My sister was on Evac watch, and my dad had to evacuate and stay with my sister for a couple of days before returning home! Whew, that was close!!

Hi there. I would like to see more information on how to pick the right keywords. Without that, I feel like I am shooting in the dark. I did that for many years, and it does not work. With Partha's help, it is more clear now because of explaining it nicely by using Semrush and Google search. However, there may be something more to it. Is it?

Hi Andy,

I was very slowly getting developing my sites but my "real" job :-) has changed and i am currently super busy at work. As such I haven't been investing any time at all in this. I keep an eye on my sites and although the traffic is really small it is interesting to see the patterns. Even with no work i saw one of my sites gaining impressions and a few clicks, then it dropped before picking up again. The current pattern I am seeing is quite a few comments being sent to my sites from spam and foreign language sources (I have just been deleting these).

So based on this I would like to see more content on how best to use outside sources to keep my sites active and developing as i do see this as a long term project for me. I know Diane does work but am interested in help to figure our what to outsource and how to find good sources that can provide the sort of content I will be happy to use.
